Reclining Seats

Does anyone know if the Jane Powertwin seats can be fully reclined so a baby can lie flat?

Not sure, I do know that if you buy a Jane twin buggy and get the matrix car seats they are lie flat, this is great for twins, in my opinion however it's like pushing a single bed, I had a shot in Toymaster, here's a link anyway! http://www.mothercare.com/gp/product/B000QUYR12/ref=pd_accessories?ie=UTF8&mcb=core from my experience of tandem prams, the front seat never normally lies flat!
