What color sofa goes with light gray carpet?

I was wondering what color sofa would go with light gray carpet(I would say the undertones are blueish green). Would a chocolate brown sofa go with that carpet? I want to buy a neutral color. My walls are white by the way.

1. I would imagine any nice color would go with that carpet as long as the rest of the furniture went along with the couch. I'm speaking relatively because people have to take into consideration what they can afford. The skies the limit when it comes to decorating and everyone has their own ideas as to what they like themselves. As long as you like it and its clean and the colors are pleasant, go for it.
2. Gray is a neutral. The chocolate brown sounds great. Hope this helps. Roxanne
